Fishing report Jan. 27th

Hey everyone,

This week we have had some great fishing with boats catching yellowtail, cabrilla, sierra and pargo. With great weather all weekend long and going into next week right now is a great time to go fishing!

Fishing report Jan. 20th

We have had a great week with amazing weather and good conditions. Yesterday we caught some yellowtail which means they are starting to fill in. Right now they are biting on live bait and range from 8-15 lbs. We are also still catching pargo and cabrilla. Take advantage of these great winter conditions and come fish with us!

January 17th 2011

With great weather all week long and another week of great weather ahead of us, now is the perfect time to go out fishing. All the beaches around and small bays have been filling up with bait fish which is a good sign for the fishing. With the large amounts in the area the bigger fish follow. We have been seeing large pods of dolphins in the bay and huge flocks of birds eating from the bait balls. The water temp right now is in the high 60's around 68 on the surface and during the day we are enjoying high 70's. Come out and fish with us during these great winter conditions.

Happy Friday and Good Morning,

We are looking forward to a great weekend of fishing with high hopes that the Yellowtail have started to fill in. There have been various boats that have pulled out some medium sized fish, we will keep you posted on how everything goes.

The fishing conditions look very favorable for this weekend come out and fish with us, local fisherman have been catching yellowtail and we are ready to go out and get some ourselves.

Hey everybody,

Fishing for this weekend is looking like it should be pretty good. The winds are going to be light and the temps. in the 70's. The Sierra right now are bitting and also close to shore the pargo and cabrilla. We are still waiting for the yellowtail to fill in, who knows this might be the week!

We still have a good bite right now with the Sierra and Pargos we are waiting for the yellowtail bite to come back. We have some light winds right now that will probably be picking up the next few days but once again we will have another great weekend!

Fishing has been a little slow this last week but is starting to pick up again with fisherman getting some nice sized sierra yesterday in the 12-15 lbs range. Come out and have some fun with us!

FISH

A little windy today but tomorrow is looking great wind and temperature wise; so grab a pole get some beer and come fish!

Windy conditions today and tomorrow but shaping up for the weekend. Sunday looks to be a great day for fishing with light winds and temps. in the high 70's.

Jan. 4th 2011

Another great day for fishing, Captain Pancho went out yesterday with a few clients and had a great day with some good sized Sierra 8-10lbs. on live bait. Temperatures are still very pleasant in the mid 70's during the day with light winds.

Happy New Year from all of us at the Mosquito Fleet, we start the first Monday of the New Year with great weather and clear waters. Right now the fishing is starting to pick up with some Yellowtail being caught and Pargo, Cabrilla and Sierra also.
