DORADO SEASON

Dorado season in La Paz is still going strong. Valentin and Roberto enjoyed Jose, one of our fishing team member, in a day out fishing the rich waters around the Spiritu Santo Island. The result was some nice bulls that offered strong fights on light rods . The weather and sea conditions remain perfect for this kind of catches.

Every body knows fishing for dorado this year has been better than we expected, there has been lots of dorado caught and most have been big, Mr Black wood shows one of his fish caught this wee wile fishing with captain Jacobo.
But if you are looking for something different try fishing for some snook close to the island, here Toto shows one of his fish from yesterday fishing day.

PARGOS DAY

Carlos and Toto celebrated Mexican Independence Day going out spear fishing for pargos. They dove some productive ground with excellent results, we cannot disclose the place but we will bring you there during your next visit.

BULL DORADO

Clint Blackwood and Bob Harper spent two days fishing for dorados. The season is still hot and they can prove it with these shots. Good work guys we hope to see you soon again.

ADVANCE SPEAR FISHING COURSE

Jorge, from Miami visited La Paz with his family onboard their beautiful yacht My Maggie. he took part of an advanced class with Toto and shows here some of the catches of the day, two yellow snapper that were cocked onboard for a delicious lunch. This is life.

SPEARFISHING MASTER CLASS

Dave Shenbaum, John Dulmage, Ryan Mendivil and Tyler Cooper are firefighters from Los Angeles, Ca and passionate spear fhishermen that participated in a master class directed by Toto Volpe to refine their skills. Captain Carlos Ojeda bring us to a secret spot where the group got good size pargos, cabrillas and mulatos. Good job guys. we will be waiting for you for the next expedition.

This nice bull dorado was no match for the beautiful angler. She proudly shows that she is not afraid of a good fight. Come back soon for one more.

READY FOR DORADO

Jeff and his son Travis are old clients that have been visiting us for yeras. This time they have been fishing for three days for dorados and have put to good test their skills. Nice catches were the results of long and productive hours on the water. Good job.
